  3. Pray For: <Enter the name of the person you would like us to pray for or if it is a prayer request for a general issue or topic you may list that instead>
  4. Concern Type: <Select the type of concern that you have. It can be a personal or health concern or select both if the concern applies to both types.>
  5. Description: <If you wish you may enter a more detailed description of your prayer request. You may leave this field blank if you wish to keep the details of your concern more private>
  6. Submit: Click the button for the picture that you are prompted for to send your request. (This process had to be implemented to stop spammers).

Note: The Safari web browser often has difficulty displaing the submit button pictures. It is recommended that Mac users install either the Chrome or Firefox browser for Mac.
